The following courses are taught locally at the Gulfport USCG Station on an "as needed" basis.  There are classes that are scheduled to be taught depending on demand.  Click on the links below for a detailed description of the classes.  Many insurance companies will offer discounts on boat insurance to individuals who successfully complete these courses.

Boating, Skills and Seamanship - 12 hour course for both the experienced and novice boater.	America's Boating Class - highly interactive boating safety course.  Can be completed with CD or via the internet.	Boating Safely - eight-hour, eight-chapter course designed to appeal to hunters, anglers, personal watercraft operators and other boaters who cannot find time for a full, comprehensive course.	Sailing Fundamentals - seven lesson course designed for both beginning and experienced sailors.
